Although the overall decor of your ceremony is shared with other couples, your ceremony will be as unique as your love for each other. From optional custom vows and bridal florals to the music selection; we promise to create a personalized experience for each couple. While there may be several weddings on the same day, the ceremonies all take place at different times, and the biggest benefit is that portions of the costs are shared, allowing you to budget for other things…like your new home, a honeymoon or your education.
Our Pop-up Elopement Weddings are similar, but smaller. Elopements typically focus more on JUST the bride and groom and may be just the two of you with witnesses. They are all short and sweet (under two hours) and all-inclusive with less seating. Additional charges may apply.
Our all inclusive pop-up wedding package is priced at $2500.00 + HST and includes our venue, the decor, and officiant, bouquet, boutenierre, small cake, non-alcoholic punch, seating for up to 20 guests, toasting area and of course, professional photography services with HR digital images in an exquisite heirloom USB presentation box. Many add-on products and services are also available.

Unfortunately we cannot promise that the sun will be shining, but we’ll still have you covered. We do have a selection of wonderful clear umbrellas for those events!

Sorry, no. All our pop up weddings are non-alcohol events. The serving of alcohol requires a liquor licence and brings with it a host of concerns on a day where multiple weddings are to take place. We encourage you to save the celebratory libations for a licenced facility or home party after the ceremony.
Yes and no. We don’t include a rehearsal as part of the package, but would be happy to provide some helpful hints if you would like to plan one yourself. Some of our officiants offer a pre wedding consultation and a rehearsal is available as an add-on at some of our venues. This can all be discussed at your initial consultation.
Our pop up wedding ceremonies can include up to 20 of your nearest and dearest family and friends. Our Elopement packages generally have between 3 and 10 seats rxcare.net.
Absolutely. You can still send the groom ahead as per normal and then walk down the ‘isle’, with or without attendants, as your processional song plays. We encourage people to let us know what you envision during our initial consultation.

Each couple will be photographed during the ceremony & toasting time in a life-style jounalistic style. These images ‘tell the story.’ Following the ceremony, you will receive up to a 45-minutes afterwards for candid, posed and fine art photos.
We will capture the entrance, the ceremony, the little details, the toast, family and friends and any other memorable moments that present themselves before the shutter. Your photographer is a trained professional who understands lighting, posing, composition and relationship building with their subjects. The images are checked and a personalized USB in a beautiful keepsake cover is provided for you. Proofs are ready typically between 10 and 20 days. All the images on the USB are high resolution. Each couple also receives a gallery of the best low resolution images for social sharing.
Long after your wedding is a memory, and you’re celebrating the gradations of your grand kids, your wedding photos will remain as priceless heirloom keepsakes of your day rxcare.net. Capturing the epic nature of your wedding is our specialty! We also recommend print products for the longevity of the most valued images.
You can continue your day celebrating after the ceremony in whichever way you would like to. Maybe a picnic lunch in a local park, an intimate dinner at your favourite restaurant, or even a full wedding reception, right after the wedding or on a different day altogether. It’s totally up to you! Although we provide a socialization area for cake and a non-alcoholic toast at your ceremony, the planning of a traditional reception or after party is not included in the pop up wedding packagerxcare.net. If you require a larger event on our property, please feel free to contact us. These may be available on a case by case or date by date basis.
